Accommodations

The Carillon offers spacious one bedroom apartments that are an affordable $632 per month with full kitchens, comfortable living areas and large, walk-in showers in the large bathroom.

All utilities except cable and telephone are included in the rent. Each apartment is individually cooled and heated.

Residents of The Carillon must be at least 62 years old and be income eligible. For an individual, the amount is $23,700, and $27,060 for a couple. Rent is $632.00 for any of the floorplans displayed below.
