The Carillon at Greensboro

The Carillon was founded in 1994 by CHA Enterprises. CHA President is Charles Hodges who has been in the forefront of the senior housing industry for 20 years.

The apartment living spaces at The Carillon incorporate elements of universal design. This principle of building allows for ‘aging in place’, creates an ease of access to minimize physical stress, and promotes healthy and safe living. These design elements coupled with an active social and recreational calendar of activities have been proven to enhance the quality of life of seniors, promote independent living, and even increase longevity.

We are dedicated to providing an affordable neighborhood of senior adults who enjoy independent living in our community. We strive to make our residents feel part of our "family" through a variety of activities, socials, and events that help residents connect to each other. We truly believe that "the best years of your life" can be spent with peace of mind and security at The Carillon.

Executive Director Tracey Murphy (MSW) believes in the mission of The Carillon and brings an energy and vitality to the community with a desire to develop even more creative and innovative programs. As friends and neighbors, each Carillon resident is an important member of the "neighborhood". Gardening, walking clubs, shopping trips, special guests and group activities are all part of life that builds a sense of community at The Carillon.

Whether it is a question or concern, the staff at The Carillon is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make living at The Carillon carefree, freeing up time for our residents to spend time doing what they want to do.
